Ayurveda consultations allow us to ascertain where there are imbalances within your physiology. We are then able to recommend lifestyle modifications, dietary changes or herbal supplements that will help bring balance and harmony back into your mind and body. During an Ayurvedic consultation you’ll also learn: about your Ayurveda body-type; techniques for maintaining peak health and fitness; suitable yoga postures to help improve muscle tone and joint flexibility; powerful meditation techniques to reduce stress and anxiety; how to improve your digestion and reduce unhealthy food cravings and even how to administer your own Ayurvedic body massage.
