Ayurveda Therapies
While
the Ayurveda tradition holds a wealth of practical knowledge pertaining to
health, happiness and well-being the main focus of Panchakarma is in
administering powerful treatments to help release imbalances, impurities,
stresses, tensions and toxins held within the body. These can be
gently and effortlessly removed through a personally-tailored package of
appropriate therapies. By loosening, softening and mobilising these
impurities they can be eliminated from the body giving improved health, vitality
and beauty. Most of these therapies are massage based and are luxurious
experiences administered by two technicians working
in harmony on either side of the body with warm,
herbalised oil.

continuous flowing sequence. The
depth and speed varies according to your Ayurveda body-type.

aching muscles.

course herbal paste to enliven and energise the body.

Ayurveda therapy utilising raw silk gloves to massage the body.
The friction and static electricity created refreshes and stimulates the skin,
promoting better circulation and a breakdown of fatty deposits and cellulite.

a constant flow of warm oil slowly and gently applied to the body by two technicians working in complete
harmony. This treatment mildly heats the skin and draws impurities to the
surface leaving you feeling peaceful, calm and relaxed.
Shirodhara

relaxing therapy which gently releases stress and tension from the mind and

towels. Herbal nasal drops are then

passages.
